Honestly if your budget for an EDH deck is 20$, you probably should consider a different format. However this deck has some actual potential at the kitchen table. Daretti is a very powerful commander, maybe even the best red commander, so he can pretty much carry the deck.Basically this deck takes advantage of Daretti being a planeswalker and his ability to quickly get out big threats. You run a bunch of land destruction, which doesn't hurt you nearly as much as your opponent since you run a lot of mana rocks. Daretti remains on the field after all of your boardwipes, so he can easily bring back artifacts from the grave. Unfortunately, due to budget constraints, land wipes are low in number and in quality, but normal board wipes are fine aswell, since that gives Daretti a lot of breathing room to eventually tick up to that emblem, which basically reads "You win the game"
You play a mana accelerator on turn 2, then daretti on turn 3, and hopefully you'll be able to play protection spells in the following turns.
