Still a work in progress. Up until a little bit ago, I was intending it to be a simple green-white cat deck...but then I realized the Wild Nacatl needed mountains to be more potent...and I knew I had Ajani Vengeant and some multi-color cats that needed red...so I decided to make it tri-color. I only got the one red cat in the deck right now (my only rare red-cat)...I know I have a bunch of mountain prowling cats in my collection, but I may not add any of them, since, aside from mountain walk and a few with haste, they don't add much that I don't already have.I dropped nearly all the Mirrodin cycle Leonin cats, since most of them were tied directly to equipment, and I knew this deck didn't have space for a bunch of equipment cards. The Mirrodin cats are best left in a mono-white deck with a hefty number of equipment cards.I have a bunch more green cats (mostly older cards) which really bulk up the muscle in the deck, but I cut their numbers from 4x to just 2x (Elite Cat Warriors, Panther Warriors, etc), and others I cut from 2x or 3x to just 1x if they cost 4+ mana (as in the case of Stalking Tiger), and I cut a few white cats that cost WW (since it's now a three color deck, I didn't want to risk including too many double cost spells).Although this IS a playable deck (as far as card/land ratio goes), I intend to cut it quite a bit more. I'd like to get it down to around 80 cards...of course, as I cut spells, cutting land back to 25+ (from 38) will make the deck more manageable as well...for starters, I have far too many red-generating lands for as few red spells as the deck currently has in its roster.
