Deck Description

No blue or red elementals here...

This deck is about getting land into play, than sacrificing the land to get under-cost elementals into play, then retrieving the sacrificed land, while destroying your opponents land.

There's no flyer defense, but it really isn't necessary...the big baddies in this deck will hit the field fast, and your opponent will have his hands full dealing with them, long before you need to worry about dragons, angels or bloated blue fliers.

The deck plays fast, get what land you can into play, but don't be afraid to burn it to get an elemental into play...more land will come. Cycle freely, get as many free lands & creatures into play as possible, don't worry about what goes to the graveyard...this is a creature-heavy deck, and sacrificed forests can easily be retrieved. The best scenario is when you play an opponent who is mana-starved...if they can't get a 3rd or 4th land into play, unleash Winter's Grasp, Reap & Sow & the Thresher Beast. With luck, they'll weep before you crush them.
