Green deck that's a bit obsessed with token creation...and +1 counters.
So I was walking through the forest one day, when WHAM! I ran headlong into a squirrel...and behind him, was a hundred other squirrels, running past me. "What the heck?!" Just then, a bunch of bears burst through the treeline. Oh, the bears are chasing after the squirrels, driving them away. That makes sense. I was a bit nervous, but the bears just ignored me, running right past me.
That's when I heard a rumbling. "Now what?" CRASH! A herd of elephants drives through the clearing. I'm ducking and dodging...so afraid that I'll be squashed. But the elephants just kept on charging through, smashing any tree unfortunate enough to be in their path.
So I look up wondering why they didn't stop, when I hear, "ROAR!!" A vicious looking cat-like beast is bounding across the wrecked trees left in the elephant's wake. Right behind it was more of the beats. "So that's what all the fuss is about." The beasts are chasing the elephants, who are scaring the bears, who are in turn scaring the squirrels. But the cat-beasts, like the elephants, the bears & the squirrels, just bounded through the clearing as well, heading down the path I had taken (which had grown larger thanks to the elephants' passing.
As I watched the beasts leave, I pondered the mystery of the departing creatures. As I stood there thinking on the matter, I felt the earth tremble. "Odd. This region isn't known for it's earthquakes. What could this mean?" Just then, I heard the most horrid, unearthly scream I had ever heard, and turned around to face the coming onslaught...a CRUSH OF WURMS!!! Massive earth mawing worm-like creatures thundering from the earth, from the surrounding hills, from the very forest floor itself!!! I scream in terror, making a quick retreat down the path created by the elephants...what a day to go for a walk in the forest!
1/1 Squirrels, 2/2 Bears, 3/3 Elephants, 4/4 Beasts, and 6/6 Wurms are the centerpiece of this odd deck. Plenty of attack strengthening instants to help their attacks. I don't have insect tokens in this deck (they're all in my Insect Tribal Deck), nor are there any elf tokens or saproling/fungi tokens (which I also have spread out in different decks). This deck isn't a "competitive" deck, it's just something fun. I usually use stacks of pennies to mark tokens, but after they start getting +1 tokens thrown on them...I tend to forget which creature tokens are which!
