I think a few Karakas would work well in this deck.
I have Shock instead of Lightning Bolt and the lack of Legion Loyalist as well as other expensive goblins because I wanted to keep the deck as cheap as possible. This is only a basic deck at about $15, and with more money, other better goblins could be inducted. Of course it could be better, but at the same time it could be more expensive. You do have a point with the Skirk Prospector, however; I may have overlooked it. It may not have such a purpose as other one drops because of the fact that goblins do not necessarily need the mana acceleration. Nevertheless, thank you for your input!
