Slam a lot of mana early, refill with your hand with extremely efficient card drawing spells (or Sensei's Top + Voltaic Key, which basically says: "Pay {X+1}, tap X Voltaic Keys: Draw X cards."), counter your opponent's key spells and win with Time Vault/Sphinx/Tezzeret.
