I agree with redsoxfan about the Chromatic Lantern, it just doesn't seem too necessary with just two colors. Also, not sure if you're interested, but a friend of mine made a B/R deck, based around Heartless Summoning and Desecration Demon. With the cards you have, you could be getting some very intimidating creatures for a scary low cost. Regent for 4 mana, Imps for 4, Desecration for 2.
I would take out Artisan of Kozilek, The effect is great, but, after you use Spawnsire, i doubt many Eldrazi are going to die anyways. and just another small thought, have you considered putting in a Rapacious One?
Nice Eldrazi going here, but have you thought of putting in It That Betrays?
I have considered using the urza combo, but, sadly, i lost one of them. Eye of Ugin, Eldrazi Temple, and more Quicksilver Amulets, I agree.
