This deck gets its name from the flavor text of Steady Progress. It's a blue/white infect deck that uses auras. I realize people hate on auras, but they are great in this deck. It's fun to play and I've gone 11-2 at FNM with it. I didn't start out to build a budget deck, it just worked out that way. You don't have to spend $400 on cards to win.
