The idea of the deck is to tutor out to primal surge to create a weenie legend army that gets huge. Maga and Laquatus can be used for less than ideal alternate win conditions.One area I need to improve on is since most of the creatures are weak I need a mass way of getting creatures out of the graveyard and back into play.

I'm actually marshal's anthem since it's a enchantment and won't break primal surge, the general right now is child of Alara more out of convenience then anything.
i don't think primal surge would be good since if someone does a global kill all your shiz is gone. I see your point but in my play group this deck would not last very long. But all my friends spend a lot of money on the best cards in magic.
I hear you, I already have meta EDH decks and my friends run those too, the idea is to beat the hell out of them with a deck like this all for the fun of it. The goal of this deck is not to be meta and win all the time but to take people by surprise with little legendary creatures. Boardwipe will be a problem and living end is a good option for sure.
If that's the purpose then I think this deck will be fun and it will throw people off.
