Based on the 4 Gods of Chaos in Warhammer 40K
Slaanesh- "Pain is sexy"- (Liliana's Caress/ Megrim)
Nurgle- "God of Rot"- (Graveyard resurrection cards)
Korn- "Blood for the Blood God"- (Red aggro)
Tzeentch- "Lord of Manipulation"- (Colorless Eldrazi)

How to Play

Go grab Liliana's Caress with any tutor card, then with the 4 "Wheels" can leave your opponents wondering "what happened". The rest of the deck is to make sure Rakdos, Lord of Riots can get into or stay in play to ramp into LARGE colorless creatures.
The biggest two win conditions in this deck is Blightsteel mana ramped by Rakdos.
And my personal favorite is what I call "worshiping chaos" x3 (Wheel of Fortune + Liliana's Caress)
