i have and it works amazingly, i must say.

I always played that the first mulligan where if you exiled 2 cards face down you get to draw 2 cards from your deck then shuffle the exiled cards into your deck. then if a player wants to do another mulligan its a 2 for 1 trade. so they exile 2 and only draw 1. and then exile 3 then only draw 1 and so on so on.

I love EDH so very much. and this deck is pretty awesome i gata say, i like how you didn't go with what unoriginal players would do and just use mill with wrexial. yes there is a little mill but not a win condition. anyways, i don't know why you aren't running stormtide leviathan...also with wrexial having swampwalk use urborg, tomb of yawgmoth. just makes everything swamps. i know this is a theme based deck but dont knock out some really good black creatures that could make this deck better like erebos god of the dead...almost a staple in any black cuz it just plains says your opponents cant gain life so all the unblockable damage will really hurt. also crypt ghast will double your black mana making it easier to cast your big creatures sooner. even grave titan will fill up your field quickly. you also need the black search cards- beseech the queen, demonic tutor, diabolic revalation.

these are just suggestions! please dont think im trying to say your deck is not good enough, i just know a lot about EDH. and i think every EDH is worth my time.

I love this deck! naya is my favorite triple color by far :D maybe drop the planeswalkers to 2 or 3 each. because you want to see them every duel but you dont want them to clog your hand.

well considering azors elocutors is your only creature you are going to need to top deck pretty good to get them. maybe some draw but other than that. pretty great!

well your mana curve is way off for start. 19 mana is not enough for 3 magus and 1 melek. you want to see melek more than maybe once every 5 duels. so magus to 2 and melek at 2
no real need for just one elixir of immortality so make that a land instead.
Id put steam agury down to 2 and put in lands instead
now to equalize it the most, gutter snipe and young pyromancer are your main cards that make your instants worth it. so they should be at 4 each. so honestly I would take out magus entirely and put vexing devil at 2 and if you have any left over space. put it into lands.

this deck is not very good actually, i dont know how its on front page. it has the idea but the player is still a little new to equalizing the deck when building one.

mimeofracture....kinda useless cuz in EDH its a singleton format so all you can really take are their basic lands... i am currently building a melek EDH a really good card to have is eye of the storm cuz you will most likely have more Instant/Sorcery than they, Cast Through Time is also a great card. and dismiss into dreams. also any extra turn card casted from the top of your deck with melek will double the extra turns. so time stretch gives you 4 extra turns.
