if the side column says Legal in Legacy, your doing it wrong...Just kidding, but yeah this thing needs some mana rocks, Sol Ring, Mana Vault are both really great optionsLand Wise. add in Ancient Tomb, Temple of the False God, and fetch lands for thinning, then switch all your plains to Snow-Covered Plains so that nobody but you gets the bonus from an Extraplanar Lens.:ast but not least, Honor of the Pure and Spear of Heliod are legit options as well.

I agree that more mana rocks are needed but what can come out? And there are more than a few people in my play group who play all snow basics to take advantage of the Lens, so I switched back to get the same effect. I took out a lot of the anthem effects for other controlling effects. I found that I would rather protect myself more and just chip people down.
Journeyer's Kite can be dropped for Sol RingCondemn can be dropped for Mana VaultI get what your saying, nobody here has caught on to the fact that Snow-Lands are so much better for that reason, but building to your meta is also bestFor lands just drop the amount of plains you have slightly, then fill in the other lands, you'd be dropping 6 Plains total, but the mana you get for it makes it worth all the while.Because a good portion of your lands come in tapped, Amulet of Vigor might be slightly more better than Staff of Nin, the card doesn't do enough for 6 mana with how quickly it will get destroyed.Keep the deck at 99 cards including your commander and keep each other circle of protection on the side, and pick your second circle based upon which ever is the main color of your opponents deck, just incase your turn everything white plan fails. I still dont see anything that converts all opponents creatures to white as well, and nothing past end of turn...I get what you mean about the Anthems
I'm really hesitant taking out both Staff of Nin and Journeyer's Kite. The deck lacks any sort of draw power, and being able to hit my land drops every turn with Kite really helps me keep up with green decks and thins my deck out. Plus I 3 mana is the amount I need to save something with Eight-and-a-Half-Tails.I don't really understand what you mean when you say fill in the other lands.
