I don't know if you know or not, but 'Recurring Nightmare' and 'Griselbrand' are banned in commander. So before you play with friends you should ask them if they will let you play those cards or not.

Have you ever thought about using [Soul Conduit] to switch your life total with an opponent’s after paying yours down? I find it works really well in a multiplayer setting.
