Ahh Yes I also run a concerted effort deck. I just recently posted one and theres also elite celest revisited. You could use some voice of all, and maybe Order of the stars. Also don't use enchantments because the concerted effort gies the creature with the enchantment protetion from that color again. If you use the white ward with concerted effort than it will slide off.

I'm kinda new to Magic. So I don't understand how celestial dawn would ruin your opponents mana count. I use it to be able to play my cards easier.
