Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Use creatures with graft and therefore already have counters on them and then proliferate them up to huge monsters!

what you need is a doubling season definately. therefor, all of your creatures come into play with double the +1/+1 counters, and when you move a counter, it doubles. also a gilder bairn will come in very usefull, you can double the amount of +1/+1 counters on one of your creatures each turn with it.

Thanks for the advice! Doubling Season slipped my mind completely.
Your mana is looking pretty top heavy; I would take out some of the higher mana cost guys, especially as many of the cards (Contagion Clasp, Contagion Engine, Glider Bairn, & Cytoplast Root-kin) can provide sinks for extra mana. Instead of Helium Squirter try Aquastrand Spider (instead of flying, reach) & Thrummingbird for quick proliferates. With all the Graft cards, you can also move counters onto Thrumminbird to buff itself into a nice flyer. For removal, Mirrorweave is amazing: it can turn all creatures into a copy of a 0/0 creature, but yours will be fine because of the counters.
