I'd suggest cutting the Mirror-Mads down to two or even just one. He searches other copies of himself by his own effect so you'd have a better chance of milling more of your library with less copies.

Have you considered using something like Cackling Counterpart to duplicate it? With the current ruling you can automatically mill your whole deck out if you have a copy use its ability.
