Deck Description

Designed for multiplayer, not yet playtested.

The design here is to use Urborg and Blanket of Night to turn all lands in the playing field into swamps. Filth, Stern Judge, the Mob and of course Karma all play off of your opponents new land type. Korlash and Nightmare Lash benefit from your own swamps as well as Corrupt, Rite of Consumption and Tendrils of Corruption gaining your life back. The last three could give you the advantage over a well timed Karma drop. Oath of Lieges is helpful to make sure everyone is getting land into play.

Deck discussion for Filthy Swamps

I really like this idea. It'll make things extremely chaotic. Another card to consider is Mind Sludge. You could also add a Circle of Protection: White so you wouldn't be damaged by Karma or Stern Judge.

Oh never mind. Stern Judge would still hurt you. But Karma wouldn't.

Thanks! Very good suggestions. In that same direction, I wonder if Sphere of Grace covers Stern Judge.

No because damage prevention doesn't cover life loss. Life loss can't be prevented. The good thing about Stern Judge however is that you don't have to use it every turn. I'd say keep it but only tap it if you have more life than your opponent and the same ammount or less of lands. Then it's effective just like Pestilence in my deck.
