The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Trying to make a new kind of playstyle deck to break the monotony of things. I've never played against or with a land destruction deck so I figured what the hell! *I'm currently struggling with the issue of finding a suitable way to ensure I get liquimetal coating into play early game, and the best I've got is mulch it into the graveyard and then buried ruin/remember the fallen it back.

I like the idea. Maybe use Naturalize instead of Remember the Fallen and you can drop the white lands? I love Spellskites, but not sure how they help. Are there any fetch artifacts besides the trinket/treasure mages? I would look at that too.

My thoughts on the spellskites were that they'd serve as early game blockers, and when I do get liquimetal coating into play, they could redirect an artifact removal so that liquimetal coating doesn't get instantly removed. As for the naturalize bit, i have 18 artifact removal already, with 3 flash back, and then oblivion rings can be used as well if need be. The return the fallen is there to get back lost liquimetal coatings, but if I can find a better solution for ensuring liquimetal coatings are in play, I would be more than happy to drop white.
This idea is great, but... I think this needs very much testing. I don't like Red Sun's Zenith here, you dont ramp mana, and later in the game you want to draw some artifact destroy. What about two Devil's play instead? Because of mulch, you will really love that flashback. Maybe it will be possible to change white to blue, master looter will be really insane in this deck, and ponders and manaleaks, waste of words :)
I made some changes, your devils play suggestion led me to the card heretic's punishment, which gets me self milled while dealing with creatures, and cleared me up some space to add more artifact recursion with the salvage scouts, who also double as one drops. I'm not sure if I like the change from white to blue, but I'm not ruling it out by any means
