The idea of this deck is to get Panoptic Mirror out, imprinted with Time Warp. Hopefully, Panoptic Mirror will be enchanted with indestructibility. Now from this combo you, essentially, have an infinite amount of turns. you can then slowly whittle your opponents health away with Granite Shard, or, if you can't get that, maybe Broodstar. The rest of the deck is mana ramp, and/or, something to stall with. But what if they have Ugin's Nexus, fear not, Gideon's Intervention is here to save the day. In Blue/White, Wall of Denial is strictly better than Hover Barrier. Also, Fabricate can help you find Panoptic Mirror or Granite Shard. Broodstar doesn't seem to be doing much in this deck, I would take it out. Ugin's Nexus or Stranglehold don't deal you damage, so you don't need Gideon's Intervention, you could just use Meddling Mage, Nevermore, or Declaration of Nought, which are all cheaper. Calciform Pools is strictly better than Mage-Ring Network. For ramp, you may prefer Azorius Signet, Cluestone, or Keyrune instead of your creatures, but maybe not. All in all, a neat concept for a deck. I like it!
Thank you! I didn't think of Wall of Denial, or fabricate, and I will be moving Broodstar to my sideboard. However I would like to keep Gideon's Intervention. I will also be replacing Mage-Ring Network, and the Myrs. Thank you again.
To make this deck a little cheaper I replaced Time Warp with Walk the Aeons, because I realized that I couldn't possibly play Time warp and Panoptic Mirror on the same turn, and I will probley get a land drop the next turn.
