Needs more mana. I would say around 22 considering the average cmc.

the average cmc is 2 why would it need more mana? Especially with the brainstorms and the top the land base should be fine.
I have a formula that I use to find the land base contingent upon the average casting coast and the highest cmc. This on called for approx. 22. Its mainly up to you though.
