Alright so here is one of the few decks I actually play regularly and know the ends and outs of this deck. UR Storm is probably one of the most noteworthy decks in the entire format of modern. Storm is not the most reliable, but the sure enjoyment as you take a 10 min turn going off is pure satisfaction as your opponent sits helplessly, or possibly goes out to order some take out before returning to see if you have gone off yet there is always that possibility, as you go off with your combo. UR Storm now that delver is gone is positioned much in the same way as it was before if not to a little more disadvantage. The benefits Delver gave Storm, even though it was a hard match up, it kept many decks that out raced storm or shut down storm entirely out of the game. The decks I am speaking off is of course Abzan (Junk), and Infect even though Pod gave a good answer to Storm as well. No one can deny that Storm is not a powerful deck, but it has it's weaknesses especially to hate cards. The biggest weakness of Storm is that the post-sideboard games can shut down the deck. In fact, you literally can not win a game when some cards hit the field. One of the things that make Storm so fun is also it's very weakness, and that is the interaction with the graveyard. Some of the cards that shut down Storm entirely Grafdigger's Cage or Rest in Peace. You can rest well my Storm friend since hardly anyone plays either cards in the sideboard since they opt for the more popular Relic of Progenitus, but even that has been seeing less play due to the less graveyard play. If any of these three were even remotely popular I would tell you to run three Wear/Tear in the sideboard and add a Hallowed Fountain in the main board. Another way people attack your spells are simple and actually cards that see play. Thalia Guardian of Thraben, Eidolon of Rhetoric, Ethersworn Canonist, Chalice of the Void, Eidolon of the Great Revel, and Spirit of the Labryinth. All of these make it to where you take damage, counter, mana-costs, or turns off your combo. I have seen Storm players worry over Choke, but with the death of Pod I have yet to see it pick up in other decks in modern. In the current meta I believe you will find that your hardest match ups will be the following: Abzan, Hatebears, or Infect. With the revelation that the two most popular decks within the format are your worst match ups may tend to be a little daunting; however, I will remind you that those are only two and you do have answers, which will be covered in the coverage of the sideboard notes I have.
Since Storm has been such a constant in Modern I am going to go ahead and assume that the people reading this page has actually watched someone play it, played it themselves, or go to youtube and watch the pro players (I highly advise doing this). So instead of explaining that portion I am actually going to go into sideboard breakdown. Storm has and always will be a cool deck, it will be a deck that I never lose to as 8-rack shits all over it with hate:Pbut nonetheless is still a great deck.I find it surprising how many people only bring in hate for grapeshot.I bring in:4x leyline of sanct4x surgical extraction2x illness in the ranksIt's a lot of hate, but vs storm I can literally remove all my removal/creature control. We are both decks that are happy with the bans, while delver was any easy match up for me, Pod was super annoying without the right draws.Oddly enough as annoying as junk is, it's still only a 50/50 match up(same with jund for me) What ever happend to all the hype behind Tormenting Voice? Isn't it just better than ravings? well obviously worse if you don't hit a past in flames, but discarding at random can screw you soooo hard.

@Viagrasaurusrex (Not sure if the @'s work here), I absolutely love Tormenting Voice. I find it is a undervalued Storm card that exists. As a matter of fact with the 15th spot open in the sideboard I debated running one in the side for the reason that no one expects it, and it is a destructive force when it lands, especially when your storm count is remotely above four or five. I debated between that card and defense grid. I obviously went with Defense Grid for the simplest reason is that Tormenting Voice gives an alternative win condition, though a hilarious one, defense grid gives you protection for your possible 3rd turn cause someone has to burn their artifact destruction to destroy the thing preventing their disruption of Storm.
