pretty simple budget EDH deck. first turn mountain second turn ashling third turn pump for 1 (ashling 3/3) swing four turn pump for 2 (ashling 5/5) swing etc... Kill creatures with plus three pump and then replay for 2 colorless each time.

The likelihood of the arrest being one card in their deck, is to hope they play it after you have six-mana to sacrifice her. If it's before you get six R, then you just keep throwing down mountains until you lose.
