I'm not seeing the point here in Cloudshift nor Sigarda, Host of Herons' ability here. What would be the use in them? This deck lacks some serious focus. It just seems like you took some popular cards and threw them together with no real agenda.
are you kidding me?Cloudshift protects any creature, plus bounces Thragtusk, or snapcaster for ability...-.-This is called a Midrange-control deck, it trys to slow down aggro and when a fatty comes in like thragtusk , you bounce it as many times as you can...
oh and plus sigarda is a 5/5 hexproof flyer and pretty hard to deal with.theres no other card that could repace that
No need for the sass. I forgot about Thragtusk's life gain ability and that Snapcaster Mage's ability is triggered upon entering the battlefield. I know what Sigarda's other stats are, she's an impressive creature. But her trigger ability is underwhelming. I still say it lacks a bit of focus and seems a bit jumbled together. I know what midrange is.
well, me and my friend have put this together in like 2 days continous focusing and thinking about the structure of the deck, now i tried this on Cockatrice (online magic) and it went 2-0 aganest Rakdos aggro , 2-1 aganest esper control, 2-0 aganest BUG.
also thragtusk has a trigger ability when it leaves the battlefield too, basically you get 5 life and a 3/3 just by bouncing it with angel or cloudshift
I knew about his second ability. But for some reason my brain was telling me when he died, as opposed to left the battlefield. There's a lot I was forgetting about these guys.Maybe I'm just being overly-judgmental because I enjoy building decks with a "theme" in mind. May it be matching creature types or overall mechanics of the deck. This doesn't seem like a bad deck, by any means, I hope that wasn't implied. But if you're having success with it, then bravo. :)
hmm I do think it lacks a bit of focus as well, personally I would just make it 3 azorious charms and 3 selesnya charms. if you're going for flickering, maybe add in deadeye navigator and possibly a couple ghostly flickers, but sigarda is amazing!! a 5/5 hexproof, flying and your opponents can't make you sacrifice?? and ONLY for 5 mana??? ill take a billion of her.
well, the azor charms will sure go down, but deadeye navigator is wwwaay too slow and expensive ,
With the amount of land fetching and the Pilgrims in here, he'll probably get out pretty early. Have you considered grabbing Birds of Paradise over Pilgrims, though? More flexibility.
L00fah...-.-"this is a T2 (standard) deck, im not playing casual. This goes on WMC tournaments and such
Wasn't Birds of Paradise in 13 too? That's still standard, as far as I knew. Ah shit, nope. Last print was 2012. That's my bad.It should be noted that I have a clinical memory disorder.
:D np man, if it wouldnt be standard i would sure use the birds, theyre amaising
I should really take more ginco biloba.
:DLol , isnt that a medicine to reuma? :DD
Would you be surprised if I said I don't remember?
