I've always liked the idea of playing a deck with huge amounts of low-cost cards in Commander, but never quite found the right card to lead the kind of deck I wanted. Lurrus, as it turns out, hit the nail on the head for me.(Yes, I'm aware not *every card* in the deck needs to be CMC 2 or less, but...I like the theme.)
In my mind, Lurrus allows for a fairly aggressive play style, since it lets you bring back a steady stream of creatures to keep your board state going. These creatures can be sacced ad-nauseam, since you'll (more or less) always be able to fetch more fuel for your sacc cards. For threat management, Lurrus can also bring back any low-cost auras you've used to answer opposing creatures, frustrating your opponents' efforts to get rid of said auras. Similarly, any auras you've put on your own creatures can also be brought back, should they or the creature they're on get destroyed.
