This is the budget version of the infect deck you will see often on top of the MTGO daily tournaments. basically took out spellskite, noble hierarch, gitaxian probe, and might of old krossa. also took out key lands and inkmoth nexus. but for less than or close to thirty bucks you can put together a very fast very deadly infect deck. and then along the way you can buy the other cards a piece at a time to complete it.
simply put, play lands, glistener elf early and/blighted agent, pump pump pump them up swing by turn two, win by turn 4 easily.
