WHAT I HAVE NOW. I think it is complete. Control-Combo, uses thinning, tutoring along with mana acceleration to win quickly with the Painter's Servant-Grindston Combo while using disruption, centered on Isochron Scepter and cheap instants like Silence, Swords to Plowshares, Disenchant and Counterspell, to slow opponents. Tinker, an artifact tutor, also allows the backup plan of Darksteel Collosus to enter the field. I should Consider removing Arcane Sanctum and putting in one more Underground River and one more Ardarkar Wastes because Arcane Sanctum comes into play tapped and blue is the most important color to have. Possibly just add a Swamp and a Plains or Island because I don't want to be too vulnerable to Back to Basics. I can also probably get rid of Psychatog, but it is cool to grind myself and pump it.

Grindstones make this non-budget immediately. Aside from that, this deck is absolutely on point.

Granted, I consider budget something I can get for under 150. I'm definitely going to give this a shot at some point, but I'm a poor college student. Going to have to buy it chunks. Like the grindstones one paycheck and everything else the next. :P
