The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
First attempt at a mill deck

First of all, im assuming youre going Modern, not Standard D: but ill try to keep the cards as recent as possible swap out Geralf's Mindcrusher for Hedron Crab. Swap Vedalken Entrancer for Merfolk Mesmerist (cheaper version). Swap out a few Shriekgeist for some Wall of Frost/Guard Gomazoa/Fog Bank. I would get a Stream of Unconsciousness rather than Hydrosurge just cause of the extra card draw. Try and swap out the Dreadwaters for something like Sands of Delerium or Grindclock. the earlier you can place mill, the better. I would also swap the Dissipate for something like Essence Scatter or Psychic barrier since your main worry with this deck is creatures attacking you. All in all, keep the spells cheap, invest in artifacts that mill, get some card draw so you always have as many spells as possible and try and get some defenses up so you have free reign. Check out my EDH Mill deck here http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=364115 it might give you some card ideas. I would also suggest splashing black for Haunting Echoes or graveyard exile or some Red for those hand cycling cards.

Thanks for your comments man, i'm deffo gong to take them on board! i probably wont alter this list but i will alter my deck :D
Take a look at my mill deck http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=371691
definately get the crabs out, it cheaper casting cost, it effect doesnt required activation. In addition you can boost the landfall effect with Terramorphic lands.
Sorry if it sounds like I'm taking the comments in the wrong direction, but I was just wondering if I could ask... Is 70 cards to much for a deck? I mean, I'm still pretty new to the game , well moreso haven't played for about 4 years, but when I used to play, most decks tried to keep as close as they could to the minimum 60. Does it give one an edge to have more cards in a library? Or is an extra 10 cards an acceptable amount? I don't mean to criticise, I do like your deck, I am just curious at what people at current think :)
