consider removing darksteel citadel since you have 24 land, get 2 more Matrix, one more incubator,and either one more elder or remove your elders and get 2 more incubators.

just my advice, doesnt mean its the best for your deck.

island = seat of the synod
mountain = great furnace
plains = ancient den
swamp = vault of whispers

these are lands that are also artifacts. keep in mind you can only use 4 of each, so you might want to add

forest = tree of tales or
colorless = darksteel citadel

just to bring it back up to 20

You can replace "angel" in my post with any other creature type you might like, but try to stick to one was my thought, and try to make sure your token creatures match it so they are easier to buff.

The first thing i would do is take out any non angel white creatures. All white creatures you have should be angels (in my opinion). If you want blue for control, the only things that are blue in your deck should be for control.

I like what you're doing. Remember that unless your going to play for money its all for fun, don't be afraid to mix it up and don't be afraid to lose.

Thankyou for the advice but Blessing is pumpable, leaving me able to use extraplanar lens and create one bitch of an angel. The effect is different.

Feel free to use anything i've come up with. Ive been playing this deck for a few years and now it sits on a shelf because it's too aggravating for the guys to play against. I'm hoping that the angel deck i just put together is a little more tame so we all get more enjoyment out of it.

also, a bunch of these cards are used in my leveler deck, you could probably build that without much more effort.

I know its low on land but I think the Silver / Gold / Iron Myrs along with the Gilded Lotus will fix that problem.

if you like control, with what you have, i'd stock up on chastise, holy day, and awe strike. even when they think that you'll let them attack, you don't. take out angel's mercy, and you've got a 60 card deck. might want to go 10 island 14 plains though. good luck.

Chome Mox should go. Just use Iron Myr. You aren't going to want to sac a disciple to the Mox, leaving you with 12 cards you can sac. Great deck though. +1
