Lochmere serpent it is. That also leaves me some room from the slip through space that's unnecessary now.

thnx. any recommendations on the actual creature to use? I want something really big as a finisher. cmc can be high, because it will be late game before I'll play it..

I love decks like this. Same goes for old school counter decks. The only drawback is price given I mainly play casual games and most friends don't like playing against those decks more than a few times

I play a Martyr of Sands in my black and white cleric deck. That got me on 56 life in turn two. Maybe you want to give that some thought

I've already been thinking about replacing the tutors and the teysa. Probably swap 'm for 1drop clerics

Have you thought about a isochron scepter? That way you can keep bouncing/countering/targeting everything for 2 mana till it gets taken of the board of course

I only play casual (for now) so not going to invest in cards that expensive yet. Also, it's not a deck I actually own, so for now I'll stick to my mean green and my horseshoe study decks. If you have any recommendations on those feel free...

thnx, I just started playing again after about 15 years of not playing. I like the scepter in there so I can possibly keep playing counterspell, disperse and accumulated knowledge. might be a little redundant though. any recommendations for upgrades?
