Sea monster themed deck I started when Theros was released (when I started playing) that has brought me a long ways and is lots of fun to play with if you enjoy sea monsters or themed decks.
Start out ramping with Kiora's follower into more ramp like Karametra Acolyte and Market Festival. You should be able to play some of your sea monsters by turn 4-6. Use your little monsters to hold off until Prophet of Kruphix, Tromokratis, Stormtide Leviathan, or Kiora's ult.

I agree. I never cast it much accept against token decks because it nearly ruins my ramp base, but it's really great with the theme!
