Deck discussion for Die for the Bloodchief!

Your mana curve is low, drop 4 swamps and add bloodthrone vampire. equip blade on that and sac bloodghast to it... that's one big vampire!

Agreed, Bloodthrone Vampire is perfect for this deck. I'd say drop 6 lands and throw in two more blood Tribute as well. That kicked with Sanguine Bond in play wins the game.

I haven't played that much aggro in real life, are you sure I'm not gonna get mana screwed every time with 20 swamps? Thanks so much for your comment.

Play some casual at 20 and see how you like it. I think it's more of a personal preference but unless I'm using landfall I try to stick to 20 lands and rarely ever go above 24, assuming I'm running right at 60 cards.

The thing is that Bloodghast's effect is a landfall one, though I guess I don't need the destroyed ones popping out of my graveyard every turn. still it makes sense to have enough lands to really milk that effect, but it also makes sense to play lean. I dunno, I'll road test it and see how it runs. thanks for the imput.
