I'm a little concerned with your mana curve. The casting cost of so much of your build is considerably high. If you can find a way to get the curve to even out a bit, I think you'll have considerably more success. They bane of milling is it's slow nature. You need to be able to rip through cards quickly so that threats don't build while you're trying to limit your opponent's options. Hope this helps! If you get a chance, I welcome any comments you might be able to offer me on any of the decks I have posted here. Thanks!

Nice, I just made one of these lol. I agree with Rustedbucket, it's a little expensive. Glimpse the Unthinkable is probably my favorite black/blue mill card, and the cheapest. There is Circu, Dimir Lobotomist as well. Tome Scour, Memory Sluice. All pretty cheap. I like what your going for though. If you want, you can look at my mill decks, I have a mono blue one and a black/blue one =) http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=203600 http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=229005
I would take out deprive, dimir aqueduct, telemin performance, and geth. Geth is too expensive, and the other two make you give up lands which will only make it harder to get out all your stuff. There are cards that do the same thing without giving up lands. Counterspell would be a good investment. I don't think you need 4 traumatizes either, just 1, or two. The more you use it, the less effective it is. Just my 2 cents.
