With poison decks, you need a reliable way to poison your opponent before you proliferate, and 2 creatures that both need to deal combat damage isn't really that reliable/ quick to get the ball rolling. Or maybe something like Ichor Rats so that you don't need to swing first, then it makes cards like corrupted resolve more reliable. Hope this helps, love the deck keep up the good work!
