Lol $10,000, Jesus Christ

I think I could make it almost as effective and way more budget.

That's not possible... I wonder if all those people complaining about high prices know what vintage is...

It obviously allows for more cards than any other format including commander, but that doesn't mean that you have to drop 10 g's on a deck. I like magic, but that's just stupid.

Please inform yourself about competitive vintage. Really tell me how you can make something "almost" as effective with way less budget, in vintage. Look at the price for every single competitive T1 deck of vintage, apart from some particular builds of Dredge, and tell me if you find me something that is less than 2k. Also, proxies, almost all tournaments allow from 10 to 16 proxies.

You put in one of each restricted card in Vintage and you think it must be a good deck. Look at the draws on this shit. Kai Budde's High Tide (with 1x Memory Scroll) would shit on this. Monoblue Donate (Trix) would shit on this. Pretty much any deck that runs Unmask, Duress, and Force of Will would fuck up your combos consistently as early as Turn 1: Plays Black Lotus. Sure. Plays Mana Vault. Sure. Plays Tezzeret / Jace, Oh, I'll Force of Will that. You now have at most 3 cards in hand and I doubt they'd keep you afloat for long. You have way too much ramp, your win conditions are very narrow (SoP + Hero's Downfall > your win cons), half the cards in your deck don't even really support your win cons, and you don't even run Demonic Consultation to ensure that you combo (Wtf is this expensive Rhystic Tutor shit that actually still gives the opponent the option?!). If you actually owned this deck I would love to play against you just to show you how bad your deck truly is. Please sir, open your mouth critically only when you know what the hell you are talking about.

Rhystic Tutor is shit IF you use it like shit. Also i have a real one and i want to use it. Demonic consultation sucks for searching combo pieces that are 1x. Have fun playing that donate combo or that killy high tide for 60+ against 4 scepters and 10 counters, plus 4 orim's chant that are almost time walks against those. Also if you even think that playing lotus + vault + tezz without a force of will in hand at the first turn without knowing what you're opponent is playing i think you are not very good. Also this is a deck made trying to work my favourite cards (Tezz, Scepters, Jace, Time Vault) in a single deck.

As you have seen reading this, writing everything in a single block is painful to read, and if the things written on it are not even helpful it's worse than ever.

Next time try to guess what the deck should be doing instead of telling me that i am using restricted cards just because i want to.

(BTW, usually there's a reason why these cards are restricted. Every single tutor can make me wjn the game in the next turn or in the next 2 turns, and really the only vintage staple i haven't tested this against was stax)

I apologize for the attitude. Only it really irks me when people insinuate or just say point blank that I don't know what it is I'm talking about when I know full well that I do. This deck is good but like any deck it could be tweaked to be closer to perfection. I would certainly sideboard a few more win cons in case you are playing against another control oriented deck, or even if not, so that if those 3 spells are countered/exiled then you'll have something else to play while locking them down.

Tell me what you would add and i will, but i still don't understand the win con problem, i have tinker, blightsteel, tezzeret, jace, time vault and key combo, those should be enough. What would you add?

Balance is on the SB, and i can't expand the mana base to use regrowth... but yeah it's a fun deck to play with friends with proxing.
