It's a great deck. Very similar to mine. Although my green infect isn't quite standard. You should really have mutagenic in there too for the. Second turn glistener with Giant growth and mutagenic. Anyways look at my mega poison deck for ideas. I have a standard black poison deck too.

Very interesting deck. Thank you for commenting on Infect in my underwear. so now lets get down to business. i actually went out and made your deck. From what I see when I play it against others, myself, and "solitaire" style; It has a really low mana curve and I see a major flaw. DEFENSE. And if you can not win by at least turn 3 with your deck your basically messed over. so this is what I would Recommend. you do not half to listen to one single word it will not phase me, but if your on the opposite end of the table from me, your going to get messed up and your mind will freak! lol now, what i would recommend so that you can win my turn two is: what @Fisherman said. get #Mutagenic Growth. #Mutagenic Growth will not matter if you have any mana because its soul purpose is to drain your life *2 life per card* for +2/+2. the idea for this is to get that "twiddle" #Glistener Elf to be a big hunk of *ahem excuse my French* hunk of shit. and to be a big boy and play with the big boy's, you will need to Buff the hell out of that guy. I would say the same for #Ichorclaw Myr also. He gives Himself Big Kahunas when your opponent blocks him. If it is turn three you should have 3 forests out with him. then on that turn attack, wait to buff, and if your opponent blocks he is instantly a 3/3 infect. THEN throw out as much of your buffs as possible. maybe get #unnatural Predation so it gets a +1/+1 AND trample. you don't ever play infect without some sort of trample. My deck, does not have trample for reasons you may see. If you don't that does not mean you do not know anything about infect. It just means I hid why I don't have infect in there. To be honest my deck has been updated since then and i may need to put #Unnatural Predation in my deck. So this is how it should go down with this deck if you put #Mutagenic Growth in it: T1: forest AND #Glistener Elf T2: Forest; Attack with #Glistener elf throw out #Vines of Vast wood *+4/+4* plus #Giant Growth *+3/+3* And to sweeten your end of the deal, #Mutagenic Growth *+2/+2* Game end. so your total is 4+3+2+1 which equals, 10 infect FTW epic cries from crowd and your opponent just shit his pants. I made you this deck here so you can maybe help yourself too: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=198076 If you have any other questions and wouldn't mind a response faster, you can hit me up via email *since it gets hit to my phone instantly* [email protected].
um, i ment #Groundswell Not #vines of vastwood. was hinting at landfall not kicker. but it is still the same.
All the help is much appreciated i hope i will see you in a tournement sometime i would love to face you.
thanks for the shout out in the description btw ^,^
I like this deck a lot...I used this as a basis for the infect deck that I've started working on. One question though and it's not really directed as a suggestion for this deck, you guys just seem to know how to build infect decks: Would it be worthwhile to try throwing in some proliferate into an infect deck? I was thinking about putting contagion clasp and throne of geth into my deck and then sacking the myrs or necropede if needed to proliferate for unblockable poison counters if I don't win early. Defensively, I can use my buff spells to buff my blockers and then proliferate more -1/-1 counters on opponent's creatures. Only reason I'm asking about this is cause I'm trying to picture it playing my Green/White/Red Naya Aggro deck which gets BIG creatures pretty fast.
i would add poliferate as a side board cause you never know what they might have
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=207045 That's what I've thought up, planning on buying the cards and actually making it sometime soon.
