After failing at first to create a edh tribal with cats, here is a casual one.Dunno if shalai breaks the tribal thing. For budget: Feel free to change brimaz for other creatures like mirri, cat warrior/jedit.Other suggestions would be welcome.
1-3 turn: ramp as much as possible meanwhile summon low mana cost creatures4 - beyond: cast your creatures and bring down the problematic ones with rapid biteShalai will act as destroy/damage magnet and if it survives throught the game, will buff your creaturesSerpopard as side for boring counterspell decks.

Loam lion would be better than wild nacatl in this deck.

Sorry, but why?... since both of them end up depending on other land type i think the wild nacatl is more "cost-benefit"Look:With wild nacatlTurn 1: If no mana rampForest and wild nacatl (he'll be 2/2)turn 2: if no rampPlains, wild nacatl will turn 3/3With loam lionTurn 1: if no mana rampPlains and loam lion (he'll be 1/1)Turn 2: if no mana rampForest, loam lion will be 2/3
You don't have any mountains. Wild nacatl cant get to a 3/3. Unless i'm mistaken it will only be a 2/2 in this deck, while loam lion will be a 2/3.
No, you're right.Dunno why but i've sweared that his conditions was to control a forest (didn't even thought that this wouldn't make much sense) and a plain... I messed up, I even placed him in other deck lists I was going to start buying.Anyway, thanks and sorry for the stubbornness haha
No problem, glad I could catch that before you bought. Nacatl is great in naya decks though!
