I saw two epic commanders, Zur the Enchanter and Uril the Miststalker. One of my guys in my playgroup already has a Zur deck and I hate seeing duplicate generals so I went out and carefully made a Uril deck with commanders like Zur in mind to combat them. I love White control with Red aggro, having the massive Green creatures and mana ramp is a big plus to form a "blow up in your face Naya deck". I know that EDH is supposed to be a casual format, but I believe it's rapidly becoming competitive and would love to see it so. Obviously Uril isn't much of a casual commander so this deck is full competitive.
The way to play Uril is obviously rushing him to the field asap to swing for the commander damage win. Nearly all the cards in this deck support the "Voltron" philosophy of putting/tutoring enchantments on Uril, or if for whatever reason Uril is hated off the board (Which happens in multiplayer), then I've got a couple creatures who can be just as deadly. Desired Enchants for Uril:Shield of the Oversoul = Double Strike + TrampleRunes of the Deus = Indestrictible + FlyingAncestral Mask = LOTS of +2 CountersSpirit Mantle = Protection from creatures (Unblockable)Indestructibility = With built-in Hexproof, he's very hard to take off the board with thisAll the other enchants are good, but those are the key ones. The other philosophy in this deck is once Uril is out, bombard the board by destroying anything and everything, especially lands. What can your opponents do if we have a beefy Uril on the board and no lands/permanents to do anything about it?The other thing I have to keep in mind for my playgroup is protecting myself. My playgroup doesn't really have money restrictions so there's some pretty nasty cards that can get played. Because of this, I'm not worried about money either except stuff like Black Lotus of course.

Protean hulk is banned in edh, unless your local playgroup doesn't mind that it's there and if that's the case then run it. The deck does look fairly nasty.

Dam didn't realize that, thanks for the notice. And thanks on the nastiness, that's what I'm aiming for ;)
