From my experience of playing mardu lists for two years I was running a similar deck but with goblin dark dwellers instead of Kiki. You should be running g 25 lands. I even conifer ed jumping to 26 at one point. But yeah, 24 is too low in my experience. It means you're often forced to use your painful truths when you otherwise wouldn't want to in order to make land drops. Also rather than running 4 blood crypts you should run a couple of black cleave cliffs so you can cast bolt and fatal push on turn one without having to shock, which is super relevant cs all the aggressive decks. Also another option that might make your mana easier is to swap kalitas for kiraan and pia nalaar, cause of the synergy with resto angel and Kiki. Other than that I really like the idea of the deck and I think sticking the Kiki combo in this deck is a really solid idea. You my also want to consider liliana of the veil too, but that just depends on the meta game really. Good luck dude :)

Sorry autocorrect on my phone destroyed few things*I even considered*relevant against all the aggressive decksAlso another thing that might be too cute but you might want to consider is sticking akroma angel of wrath in against decks that have little to no removal because you can flip a morph creature by targeting it with resto angel. It speed up your clock vs tron and stuff. You could take out you painful truths vs tron and stick in a couple of akromas. I did a little testing with that and it seemed pretty good but a little inconsistent. Gave you some free win's though. Just something you may want to test out yourself if you haven't already thought of it.
