Deck Description

The original version of this deck won the first time I ever went to standard. Now with Avacyn Restored out, not many tools were added in. Blood Artist is by far my favorite addition. Killing Wave and Black Sun's work nicely in different situations.

That is a nasty thing to do to your opponent. My deck isn't really focused around the Obliterator, but the mortarpod with gravecrawler then beat face with the 5/5 demon from the High Priest. For example, I might have a High Priest, Gravecrawler equip with mortarpod, an Obliterator and another creature all on the field. My opponent won't want to attack into the obliterator so they pass the turn. In response to that I could sac gravecrawler, use the High Priest's ability and swing on my turn with a 5/5 flyer and the Obliterator.
