The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Self-Mill that focuses around getting enough creatures in there fast to get Ghoultree/Boneyard Wurm/Splinterfright out fast and hitting fast. Make it even better with Artful Dodge, plus its flashback if i mill it. :) I have been about 60/40 in the win/loss ratio and could use some advice to make it a little stronger and more reliable.

I like this deck, really close to my pet deck. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=380137. I would add some gnaw to the bone, kessig cage breakers, and spider spawning. I've been playing this deck a while. Kessig cagebreakers usually swings for twenty the turn I play him.

Lhurgoyf (http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=247151) is a pretty awesome card for high creature graveyards
Lhurgoyf is a very nice card but it is not in standard. Thanks for the suggestion!
You have no B to flashback your Forbidden alchemy, which to me makes it weaker. Splash in some Black for you mana. Also Memory's Journey and Gnaw to the Bone are key for these decks. Keeps you in the mix longer and the longer the game the better for you.
i like how you did your mill deck. i made a U/G/B with defenders. check it out http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=401652
