Deck discussion for Jund

Not bad for Jund aggro, I would focus your creature base more less 1-2 off's more 3-4.

I think maybe something like:
4x Diregraf Ghoul
4x Gravecrawler
4x Burning-Tree Emissary
4x Flinthoof Boar
4x Vampire Nighthawk
3x Huntmaster of the Fells
3x Hellrider
2x Rancor
4x Searing Spear
3x Tragic Slip
2x Dreadbore
2x Kessig Wolf Run
20x Other Land, whatever Duals you have that fit B/R/G mixture (woodland cemetery, overgrown tomb, blood crypt, dragonskull summit, stomping ground, rootbound crag)

This leaves one open space for whatever you want to throw in that you think works best such as the Vexing Devil.

I wouldn't run a deck with less than 22 lands currently, for more Eternal Formats (legacy etc sure you can get away with anywhere from 0,1,3, 14 etc but standard you'll typically need 22-25 land in a deck based on whatever else your running for mana acceleration how expensive your creatures/spells are whatever for Aggro 22 is a good number.

I don't think Pillar of Flame needs to be maindeck it's better sideboard against undying creatures, zombies etc that just keep coming when you could kill off a lot more with a searing spear for the first game guaranteed.

Other than that I'm not sure what to put in sideboard, what you have that would fit well there, pyreheart wolfs maybe, the pillars, volcanic strength, appetite for brains, slaughter games, golgari charm/abrupt decay.
