This is a pauper deck. This deck removes cards that synergize with the opponent deck with counters, bounce others back to their hand, or tap creatures to get yours safely through. I want this deck to be able to beat a standard non-pauper decks because, I like making decks that have "cheap" cards in them that ruin "better" cards. Just by making thoughtful moves and using predictions throughout the game. If you think this deck needs any more cards or some cards you think are silly comment please.
You need at least 3 islands in your hand. You could do it with two but the beginning of the game will be very rough. Since you will be casting more spells than the other deck, your hand will be very empty so be thoughtful of when to Thought Scour or mill because you need to make sure that they are drawing useless cards or at least cards that don't help now. This forces him/her to make decisions that are desperate. When you throw out counters make sure you are countering the right spells creatures won't be a problem early game or at least they shouldn't be. Also getting him to waste mana really slows the other deck down. On a final note losing your creatures on the battlefield will be devastating in the long run.

you might want counterbore , trade secrets , scattering stroke , and flusterstorm in there when that deck is not standard .
