The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck Description

Infinite deck with infinite possibilities.

How to Play

What you really want is Captain of the Mists equipped with Illusionist's Bracers and a Gilded Lotus in play. This way you have infinite mana of any color and you can potentially tap out your opponent on his untap phase denying him/her any spell action. The rest is just putting counters on your creature with Zameck and Biomancer.

Its an interesting Deck idea, however it seems more like combo that then leads into control to me since you need Illusionist's Bracers, Gilded Lotus, and Captain of the Mists for infinite mana or Illusionist's Bracers and Captain of the Mists for infinite tapping. If your aiming for Standard some side boarded counters spells may help as board wipes and spells to kill your creatures will hurt.

Hope my input helps! If you have time and would be interested in something different feel free to check out my new deck. I'm looking for comments and feedback to fine-tune it a bit. Heres the link. :D --> http://www.mtgvault.com/vandheer/decks/progress-of-evolution/

I would agree, it's not your traditional control. However, this concept prevents anything from being cast or tapped. That is ultimate control. I would bet most people would scoop once the combo, as you put it, is complete.
