I love goblins, but I'm going to abstain from commenting on them till this block fully develops. Right now there isn't much you can do with them as a theme, they are more of a utility at the moment. Then only thing I would suggest is to load this up with red flashback instants and socreys to maximize Guttersnipe.

I feel you on the 3 Delvers thing, but my only response is to add another thought scour. After testing this deck I would agree 2 Skymark Rocs is plenty. Inceasing Confusion, the scary socery, is nice, however let's assume you spend 2 to put it in your yard then spend 6 to cast for double, that's 11 milled for 8 when Dream Twist, Flashed, and Mind Sculpt is 13 for 5. It's seems scary, but really a lame mana busting card. Dream Twist has the same value as Increasing Confusion without depleting availible mana. Tormad's Crypt is my best solution to others flashback without screwing with mine.
Really slow with over 40% at 3 mana. If you want to keep this current curve I would add Supreme Verdict to level the playing field when necessary. Detention Sphere is nice and all, but I wouldn't main deck it while boarding O-rings. You could ceratinly use Centaur's Herald, I know it seems like a waste, but if you think about it, it can block then be sacrificed for a 3/3 centaur; nice trade off if you ask me.
I'll conceed Death's Presence/Collective Blessing due to the high cost, however Growing Ranks and Seance create a wonderful synergy I'm going to try out first before there is any dropping. Doomsayer is pretty much a human factory to feed High Priest and Outcast. As far as removal, I figure 1/1 tokens will die pretty easy, so why bother main decking removal. Mutilate is an option for removal I suppose. Not sure what you've got against the greatest populate card in magic, Trostani. Eff Parallel Lives and Blood Artist, however I will probably board Blood Artist. Thanks for you suggestions.
Bloodfray Giant is a cheaper with trample and option unleash. Mill would probably beat you here. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=394667
Trust me, Vexing Devil is the better play if you are burning and burning quickly.
From my experience, mill is the worst thing that can happen to a burn deck. Especially since most burn deck have little to no draw effects. There are some possiblities of flashback causing issues, however, I believe Tormod's Crypt is a better option since it's 0 cost plus less of a target. It was either Faith's Reward or Rootborn Defenses to stop creature wipe....I might go back to Rootborn Defenses. Thanks for the info.
I see Supreme Verdict being a pain for this deck, maybe side borad Devastation Tide to combat this. By the time you have enough mill effect in play someone is going to drop the bomb on this pary. Mind Sculpt and Dream Twist should be maxed out if milling is your game. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=394667
You'd care if when you pay 5 your opponent dicards 3 mid game cards which means they may be the last cards in hand. This is a huge advantage for you since this deck will likely burn out by turn 4.
I'd like to agree with you, but the only way this would be useful is if he run more discard which offsets the cost of life. Underworld Connections is an awesomely useful card for B.
I would suggest one or two of the unleash creatures, and main deck Mizzium Mortars to creature clear. If Vexing Devil is going to be in it should be all the way in. There are several draw/discard options to put more cards into your hand early which eliminates unwanted mana draws. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=394667
Haven't seen many decks devoted to some sort of mill, must be afraid of all that flashback. I gave it a try, it should be a top 8 contender. Going to piss a bunch of people off with this. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=394667
Looks like mine...but pretty sure if we were matched up in a tourny I would romp. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=392317
If you're going to use these colors, I would suggest detain/flying with your blue/white cards and use green for creature boosts.
Scavenge/unleash, quick damage. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=392317
Voltaic Key + Time Vault = Infinite turns Pili-Pala + Grand Architect = Infinite mana of any color combo Cowardace + Intruder Alarm + Any creature which can target + Any 0 cost artifact = Infinite spells cast Cauldron Haze + Undying Evil + Any sac engine = Infinite sac & return creatures Gravecrawler + Carnival of Souls + Any sac engine = Potential infinite mana, life, life loss Gilder Bairn + Paradise Mantle + Training Grounds + Any token building cards = Infinite Tokens
Then you are stuck with the same dilemma. Nothing in magic is impervious...certainly not Platinum Angel, Doom Blade, Pongify, Murder...etc....
Crystal Qurray for Reflecting Pool
Add these cards to search for your win conditions: Beseech the Queen Shred Memory - Transmute converted mana cost 2 Muddle the Mixture - Transmute converted mana cost 2 Dimir Machinations - Transmute converted mana cost 3 Perplex - Transmute converted mana cost 3 Fabricate
BTW, how can you complain about cost when Platinum Angel cost one more than Platinum Emperion
