Puschkin i agree with everything your saying however your overall tone of your messages snoby and rude you should work on your responding with a tone such as " this will never do anything worthwhile". Overall good points.
Like some of the people above said you'll need early game or ramp something to get those dragons out faster or something to do and not die right away. Now I'm not sure if your trying to keep it legally in a certain format so my opinion will be for a casual dragon deck. personally for the getting dragons out faster Helge's portal (not legall in modern) Defense of the Heart ( not modern legall) elvish Piper ( is legall in modern) and Quicksilver Amulet ( is legall in modern) Now as far as early game protection : fog effects are great any instant that says prevent all combat damage to upgrade that isochron scepter and a fog means that combat damage ain't a problem ( this combo is modern legall) other than that chump blockers little creatures you don't mind dieing there just there to take damage so you don't darksteel Myr is indestructible and will take all your damage for you.
I think you could make it faster and stronger by making it 3 color tree folk tribal. I've seen some that can win as early as turn 4-5.
with a perfect hand and my enemies not laying a creature maybe turn 2 but you would have to lay glistener elve turn one thats a land and elve 2 cards. then turn 2 if the 1/1 is not dead or a blocker is not on my opponets field then i can groundswell, land, gaint grownth and Mutagenic Growth. Thats 4 more cards so all together you need all 6 of these cards turn 2 and maybe you when if they don't fog effect and wast your turn. sorry man just to much to go wrong here for turn 2 or even 3ish but turn 4 if you replace all your red pump with burn to burn blockers could be seccsessful turn 4 most the time. Good idea and i haven't played the deck so maybe i'm wrong.
one card comes to mind when i think discard megrim and megrim types effects. also theres better removal final thoughts isochron scepter.
I like the idea tiny creatures building up as always been big in magic but may i give some ideas. adaptive automatonTake out the beastYour vary onesideed if i wrath effect your deckwill have a vary hard time. thiers many ways to pervent this but the best is akroma's memorial or anything that makes them indestructable even for a turn.
Isicrone septor i know thats spelled wrong but . and you could use pertection from burn seafy passage and riot control.
