Basic simic, using evolve to ramp up weak creatures quickly, with Gyre Sages for mana bursts, Fathom Mages for draw power, and some odds and ends that give the deck a bit of versatility.
Increasing Savagery is best used on Gyre Sage in this deck, giving the potential for an immediate flashback on turn 4-5 giving your Sage a 15-16 mana pool depending on whether or not you evolved it first. Rancor helps with early aggro or late trampling damage that is hard to get rid of for how cheap it is, as well as boosting the effects of Master Biomancer.Cyclonic Rift is a great field clear if you overload it, which can be done rather quickly with a mana boost from Gyre Sage, leaving them open.
