Typhoid Rats! :D
You know you would still only be able to have one of them out at a time?
Not necessarily. I run 3 Mayors/Immerwolves. You don't need the Parallel Lives in here, or the curses, but it's your choice. You do need to throw in Instigator Gangs though! I was playing my friend with my werewolves and had out 2 Full Moon's, a Instigator and Wolfbitten captive transformed, and attacked with an 11/5 and a 10/5 both with trample and won. The instigators are mandatory for Aggro as well as Kessig Wolf Run and 4 Rootbound Crags. Check out mine and tell me what you think. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=286160
And also drop one Full Moon's Rise and throw in 3 Crushing Vines
I would suggest taking out all 4 Ironsmiths and Mystics, 1 Mondronen, 2 Instigators, 1 Scorned, and 1 Hinterland for 2 Huntmaster of the Fells, 4 Moonmist, 2 Wolfbitten Captives, and 3 Reckless Waifs. It all helps. This is my wolves deck, check it out http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=286160
Very similar to my werewolves, but I run a few more creatures than you though. Mine is straight up get the werewolves out and beat down with the few recently added cards to pump them. And than my sideboard is solely filled with Artifact, Flying and Enchantment destruction just in case I run into problems. Check it out http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=286160
Or if you have a Wolfbitten Captive, Instigator Gang and 2 Full Moon's Rise both transformed, and the captive pumped with his ability making them 11 and 10 power creatures with trample each :p Now about the deck. You want to take out werewolves that are plain, Gatstaf, Lambholt being those. I wouldn't suggest using the curses, but it's up to you. Take a look at my wolves and compare them to see the differences. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=286160
Here's a response to the Huntmaster - Immerwolf relationship. "Getting 6 power spread across 2 creatures, 2 life, and 1 Shock effect all for only 4 mana is a fantastic deal." Said by nickbooth Its still an effective card even if it can't flip. And also bug1372, check out my werewolves and see what you think. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=286160
I would recommend taking out the Pyrehearts and at least 2 Gatstaf Shepherds for some burn spells or flying removal. If you come across flyers you done. Check my werewolf deck out and compare them :p http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=286160
I wanted to run a token producing WW deck but I decided against it because you'll only get one token from every Huntmasters (unless you have Parallel Lives which means you get two) with any Immerwolves out. I would take out the Parallel Lives for another WW of your choice. Check out my WW deck and tell me how it is. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=286160
That is a problem, but you still get "6 power spread across 2 creatures, 2 life, and 1 Shock effect all for only 4 mana is a fantastic deal." - nickbooth It's cancelled out, but you still get the nice effects not just each time though!
I would definitely take out the Lambholt elder's since they're really a do nothing werewolf. This one's mine werewolf deck and I might sideboard some Daybreak rangers for the flyers! :p http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=286160
The one thing that I've realized is that Huntmaster/Ravager of the Fells you only get to use his ability once for each copy if you have the Immerwolf out. But with 4 copies it could be worth it. Take a look at mine which is just a aggro werewolves/wolves basically. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=286160
Yeah, I agree with jitittle, Young Wolf is a very nice card! I actually have a deck with werewolves as well, maybe you can check it out and compare. Mine is mostly just wolves though so we do got that difference!
I would totally run this deck as well! Tokens and +1/+1 counters are my style of play!
I have to say this is a nice deck, I plan on running werewolves as well, but mine are going to be token producing as well. If you wouldn't mind checking out my WereToken deck?
Multi-colored lands if you want this to work out at all, even if it was just for fun! You're gonna make everyone else go crazy when they look at this deck!
