Deck Description

Standard Blue/White Flicker deck with some chocolate sprinkles on the top. Got the idea for a flicker deck from GatheringMagic.com and I added some fun cards that seem to be lucky for me.

How to Play

The main play in this deck is to use the Detain feature of the Azorius and Cloudshift the detain cards to hold their men at bay. Cloudshift Captain of the Watch for some Token fun, then get Geist-Honored Monk out there for some awesome power/toughness totals. Lifelink cards are added to keep you in the game longer.

Deck discussion for Azorius Cloudshift

Captain of the Watch doesn't seem to make sense in this deck. you consist of mostly monks, cleric's and wizards. 2 restoration angles, and a Archon of the Triumvirate would good to replace them.

Good point. I wasn't focusing on the character type. I was just using Captain of the Watch to cloudshift some Soldiers on the field. I had Archon in the main deck, but he was costly to cast. I would love to add restoration angel, but I lack that card in my collection. Thanks for the comment.

Dissipate x4
thought scour x4
forbidden alchemy x4
geist of saint traft x4

These are the cards that run in this deck... they work together great... I saw a deck like this at Friday night magic... countered all opponents good spells while maintaining board presense...
