Traditional commander is just better. It costs less, is easier to build, and has a larger player base.

Metallic Mimic instead of Swab Goblin or Wily Goblin?

Austere Command is slow and doesn't do very much. I'd replace it with a Wrath of God so that you have another early board wipe that won't be named by Meddling Mage.

I think two Entreats is too much. You could go down to one and play a one of Logic Knot.

Leyline of Sanctity is an extremely powerful sideboard card, I recommend getting one asap.

Seems like you have a lot of 2 drops and not very many 3's. How about cutting the Puzzleknots for another Noxious, another Harvester, and two Filigree Familiars?

Most people can't influence who is in the general. You have to be very active during the primaries if you want your ideas to be center stage.

You can use Mirari's Wake as another card to pump your dudes while getting you more mana.

Have you thought about using Oath of Jace? Oath is sorcery speed but it digs one deeper than Epiphany. When compared to Scheming the Oath doesn't dig as deep and it costs one more mana but you're not losing a card for the effect.

I noticed a lot of your creatures have flying. Have you considered Dragon Tempest instead of Fervor?

Find something you enjoy doing in a magic game and then build an EDH deck that does it.

Shard Charms are just as good as the Guild Charms. The only charm in this I feel is a little lackluster is Grixis.

Heliod, Karametra, and Ephara.
