Aim to get WUBRG as soon as possible and activate Sisay. First thing to fetch should be [[Blackblade Reforged]], once equipped, Sisay should be able to fetch most of the other cards. [[Chromatic Orrery]] should be your next target as it'll let you get an extra activation immediately, or [[Sancum Of All]], if you're feeling in the mood for shrines. Repeat until you win.
